Forced from School – EHS Kids
Please help support three electromagnetic sensitive children (ages 8-14) from Vancouver Island who have been forced to leave their respective schools when any measures of accommodation was denied to them by their governing school board. The children’s request is simple: to provide one school at the appropriate level free of Wi-Fi to prevent the onset of ill symptoms associated with prolonged RF radiation exposure. The board’s decision to dismiss these children runs contrary to the BCCPAC’s (BC Confederation of Parent Advisory Councils) position that a minimum of one school in each district at each level should be made available free of all wireless transmissions, using only hard wired communications, to accommodate EHS students and to provide choice for parents. We are very optimistic with sound legal representation that this precedent setting appeal case will be successful and all children across BC and Canada will benefit from the outcome.
We are asking now for your support. An attorney specializing in this field has been engaged to represent the concerned families in this appeal process. The projected cost of legal fees is estimated at $5,000. Your donations will help to fund this important legal challenge.
Children in many parts of Canada are faced with this same injustice. If accommodation is achieved in this case, through this appeal process, it will be precedent-setting for other school districts in B.C. and Canada.
Thanks so much for your support.
